Celebrity Sellout
Brand Republic, undoubtedly the leading online destination for the marketing, media and PR sectors, this month launched Celebrity Sellout, positioned as ‘the lowdown on celebrity marketing news’.
I like Celebrity Sellout. I like its tone, and most importantly the idea. My interest in ‘celebrity’ goes only as far as their influence and impact on popular culture, and their connections with brands. I could be wrong, but I believe their is a fair few people who feel the same, especially within media. Celebrity Sellout does a good job appealing to this niche interest. It also feels like it is perhaps a bit of a passion project for the team at Brand Republic. Good job guys!
